Truly befitting its original use, Vienna’s oldest public indoor swimming pool – opened in 1888 and fallen into oblivion after the Second Word War – will now become an exclusive fitness and wellness oasis. The historical structure of the building will be preserved. As an extra bonus, high-end apartments with a fantastic view of Vienna will be built above the new wellness center. From mid-2014 26 apartments, from studio size (40 m2/431 sq ft) to luxurious penthouse (360 m2/3,875 sq ft) will be available.
