Palais Wessely

Palais Wessely

Argentinierstraße 23, 1040 Wien

Royal Living in the Heart of Vienna:

The venerable Palais Wessely, which was expanded with an office complex in the 1970s, has been restored to its original splendor. The former headquarters of ESSO has been converted into high-quality apartments. The focus of the revitalization was to faithfully restore the historic building and create a harmonious overall design with the extension. The Sans Souci Sphere managed the complete project development, project management, and marketing for the owner.

Details

  • Each apartment is a one-of-a-kind: A total of 22 units were created, ranging from 46 m² to 267 m² in size.
  • Spacious outdoor areas: On the courtyard side and the roof of the palace, the apartments feature loggia extensions, large balconies, and expansive terrace spaces.
  • The move-in ready apartments are designed to modern standards and at a high level of quality. The deep respect for the outstanding historical craftsmanship guides the planning, revitalization, and final execution.
  • Ceiling heights: In the existing building, room heights range from 263 to 484 cm. In the new construction in the courtyard area, room heights are between 252 and 285 cm.
  • 32 free parking spaces in the courtyard
  • Park-like garden: The rear part of the property is surrounded by the extensive and continuous garden areas of the neighboring properties.
  • The zoning as SPk (protected park zone) ensures that all properties on the rear side, including Argentinierstraße 23, remain green spaces. As a result, the residents of Palais Wessely enjoy the tranquility of a large private inner-city park, a rare feature in the center of Vienna.
  • The project was completed at the end of 2017.
