Wienerberg Icon Redefines Full-Service Living:
For decades, the Philips House was a landmark for those traveling from the city to the south: prominently located at the edge of Wienerberg. The iconic building has been revitalized with the residential concept Phils Place. After nearly 50 years as the Austrian headquarters for Philips, the distinctive building, designed by renowned architect Karl Schwanzer and now a listed monument, changed ownership. In July 2014, Sans Souci Sphere took over the building with a unique vision: a Vertical Village, offering temporary living, lifestyle services, restaurants, shopping, and fitness facilities all under one roof.
Spanning approximately 14,000 square meters of usable space, the development features 135 apartments, alongside two grocery stores, a restaurant, a bank branch, and a fitness studio.
On the 12th floor, you’ll find the SkyLoft, a spacious 380 m² area. Two green roof terraces (each 180 m², facing east and west) provide outdoor event spaces. Parking is conveniently available right outside the building.
