Opening at a prime location directly on Grado’s beachfront promenade, the 5-star boutique hotel Sans Souci Seascape will offer an exclusive retreat. Guests will be welcomed in a romantic Castelletto and an adjacent former boutique hotel, where they will experience the signature Sans Souci luxury.

Both properties are being meticulously renovated and expanded to create an intimate high-end boutique hotel with luxurious guest rooms. On the ground floor, a bistro facing the promenade and the main hotel entrance will greet visitors, while the upper floors will house the guest rooms. Each unit faces the sea and features private balconies with breathtaking views, stretching from Trieste across the lagoon to Lignano on clear days. The Castelletto has been seamlessly integrated into the hotel, offering two exclusive suites, a private garden, and a spacious rooftop terrace. Above the new building’s rooftop, a bar area with a 25-meter infinity pool is planned, offering a spectacular panoramic view of the sea. For the interior design, Sans Souci is once again collaborating with a famous international designer company.
