Our residence will feature approximately 50 high-quality, barrier-free apartments, each equipped with a private bathroom and available for monthly rental. Residents will have the option to choose from different apartment types and sizes, ranging from around 40 to 60 m².The entire complex will be heated and cooled using a CO₂-neutral seasonal energy storage system, ensuring low operating costs for residents throughout the year.To create a true sense of home, residents will have the option to bring their own furniture, allowing them to personalize their space. The focus is on independence, while all apartments will also be equipped with state-of-the-art security technology to guarantee the highest level of safety.

The residence is situated in Oberlaa, a green district on the outskirts of Vienna, near the idyllic spa park. Thanks to excellent public transport connections, residents will be able to reach Vienna’s city center in approximately 30 minutes.
