The peacefulness and charming front gardens, typically found in cities like London, create a relaxed living environment, where two buildings designed by the Helmer & Fellner architectural firm have been renovated and expanded. Along with the unique residential buildings in Zeinlhofergasse, the renowned duo is also responsible for iconic structures like the Volkstheater, the Wiener Konzerthaus, and the Ronacher.
