Zeinlhofergasse
Zeinlhofergasse 5 & 9, 1050 Wien
Urban Charm Inspired by English Design:
The Zeinlhofergasse, conceived in the 1880s as a connection from Grüngasse to Schönbrunner Straße, was never fully developed, creating a courtyard-like atmosphere. The peacefulness and charming front gardens, typically found in cities like London, create a relaxed living environment, where two buildings designed by the Helmer & Fellner architectural firm have been renovated and expanded. Along with the unique residential buildings in Zeinlhofergasse, the renowned duo is also responsible for iconic structures like the Volkstheater, the Wiener Konzerthaus, and the Ronacher.
